Weakness full-day passing motion
Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from weakness ( not energetic) after passing motion for a very long time almost 3 years. I feel something left after every time. Previously had an acidity issue but now when I had sour or spicy food. I always feel hungry and energy down within 2-3 hours of eating. I feel dragging down feelings in the intestines and stomach. Tested for and No sugar sudden drops, no issue in vit b12(360), Vid 3 (34), thyroid, LFT, stool microbe. Many suggested that I need to eat frequently, still not effective. Recently took eldoper for loose motions, after that motions controlled and felt better and energetic for the next 2-3 days. So, I suspect absorption is the issue. Is it correct? Please suggest
