The medicine given in globules form remain same for three months if not for daily use occasional use does medicine effect is there in globules or should change after for 3-4 months can we keep that sos medicine

Hello! This is a very valid concern. Homoeopathic medicines dispensed in globule form can remain effective for a very long time, up to 6 months to 1 year if they are stored correctly.
It should be kept in cool, dry and dark place.

Yes as the globules are just the medium to dispense medicine the liquid poured in is the real medicine. Once the liquid is poured over them the globules absorb the Medicine at once so it remains for months.
So yes you can keep SOS for months.
