Yes, both can be taken on the same day with a gap of 30 minutes. They work for different purposes, so taking them together is generally fine. For proper guidance and dosing, you can consult me.

Essentia auria is marketed as a heart tonic. However there is no single heart condition. Different diagnosis requires different medicines. Additionally your response to the heart condition also decides the medicine required. As far as tranquil goes it can be taken to calm the nerves. However the real question is why do you need to calm your nerves. That is what needs treatment. For that you may consult online or offline at Chinchwad or Pimple Saudagar clinic with details of the condition.

In my opinion, NO..... Aureria acts on heart and circulatory system and tranquil act on nerves..... Your age is so young to use this crude and combination medicines... Better to detail your case, understand you and go for a personalised constitutional medicines.
Next Steps
You can easily take an online consultation now or book video consultation for further treatment guidance.

Hello! Thank you for your thoughtful question it’s good that you’re being cautious and responsible while taking homeopathic medicines. Both Essentia Aurea and Tranquil are well-known homeopathic combination medicines, but they act on different systems of the body and should ideally be taken under proper guidance. Essentia Aurea primarily supports heart health, blood circulation, and emotional balance. It is often prescribed for people with palpitations, anxiety-related chest tightness, mild hypertension, or fatigue caused by stress or overwork. Tranquil, on the other hand, is a nerve and stress remedy. It helps calm the mind, reduces restlessness, sleeplessness, irritability, and emotional tension especially useful for those working long hours or dealing with anxiety and pressure. So yes, in general, both can be taken on the same day, provided there is a gap of at least 30–45 minutes between them and no overlapping symptoms that require adjustment. Usually: Essentia Aurea – 10 drops in half cup of water, 2–3 times a day (for heart and vitality) Tranquil – 20 drops in water, preferably at night or when feeling anxious/stressed However, self-prescribing both long-term is not advised. The combination should be individualized depending on your: Pulse, BP, and stress pattern Emotional and sleep profile Energy level and work habits Any existing medicines or supplements Since both act on vital systems (cardiac and nervous), I would recommend an online consultation so that I can evaluate your full case including sleep pattern, anxiety level, family history, and lifestyle and design a safe, effective, and personalized treatment plan. I have treated many young professionals from Bangalore with stress, anxiety, and mild heart symptoms using homeopathy, helping them regain calmness, focus, and energy naturally. A person can. But a person should not. As it is not the right medicine. Combination, over the counter suggestions are more harmful than helpful. Rest is your choice. Some of them do show initial improvement followed by harmful effects.

Both Essentia Aurea and Tranquil are combination homeopathic formulations, but they work for different purposes. They can be taken on the same day, but it is better to keep a minimum gap of 20–30 minutes between the two so that each medicine acts properly. However, these are still symptomatic medicines, and the need for both together depends on the person’s exact complaints, sleep pattern, stress levels, and heart-related symptoms (for which Essentia Aurea is commonly prescribed). For safe and effective use, it is always advisable to take them under proper homeopathic guidance. If you can share your symptoms in detail, a more individualized suggestion can be given. ---
