Yes it is completely safe.. can be even given to a newborn . It acts very effectively and fast in babies as their bodies are pure.

Homoeopathy is very effective in eczema esp in children. It is safe to give homoeopathic medicines to baby of 3 months without fear.
Medicines can be given in globules ( preferably 1 number ), mixing it with breast milk.
