Regarding high fever and cough
Hi sir, My mother in law is having symptoms dry cough ,high fever,cold.. She took covisheild first dose 8 days before. And she went for covid test and result got negative. Could you please help us on this. Now she is feeling tensed bcz of cough and fever. Can she take Azithromycin 500 mg,Dolo 650 zincovit,montec LC,vitamin d3 60k(weekly once)? Please help asap..

If rtpcr is negative and still her symptoms are persisting get her CBC, crp d dimer blood test. Or else directly HRCT chest to confirm.
