Dear Patient,  Your symptoms of evening headaches coupled with a blood pressure reading of 147/92 (which is elevated and falls under Stage 1 Hypertension) require careful evaluation. The Dart tablet you’re taking may not address the root cause, and uncontrolled hypertension can lead to serious complications like stroke or heart issues.  Recommendations:  1. Immediate Actions:     - Monitor your BP twice daily (morning and evening) for the next 3 days and record the readings.     - Limit salt intake, avoid caffeine, and ensure 7-8 hours of sleep.  2. Medication Adjustment     - Dart (a painkiller) is not a solution for hypertension. You may need antihypertensive medication, but this must be prescribed after a detailed consultation.  3. Lifestyle Modifications:     - Follow Dr. Gaurav Jaiswal’s advice (hydration, leafy greens, avoiding fried/spicy foods).     - Incorporate 30 minutes of brisk walking daily.  *Urgent Next Step: Your case requires a thorough assessment, including possible lab tests (e.g., kidney function, lipid profile) to rule out secondary causes. I strongly advise scheduling a consultation with me at the earliest. **For immediate assistance, reach out on WhatsApp at "Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two."** Let’s address this proactively to prevent complications.

Your b.p is borderline high, hence can be controlled with diet and rest alone. Usually mild hypertension does not cause headache. Get your vision tested, if glasses are prescribed use them
Next Steps
get random blood sugar and lipid profile done. Because if high, it would need treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid extra salt  take more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits , nuts and whole grains, fish( if you take non veg). avoid sugar and deep fried foods and red meat.

To lower high blood pressure, follow the DASH diet, emphasizing whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy, while limiting sodium, saturated fats, cholesterol, and added sugars, and incorporating potassium-rich foods like bananas, leafy greens, and sweet potatoes.
