From your symptoms it looks like you have viral or bacterial pharyngitis. Please continue paracetamol and antihistamine like allegra for relief. If fever exceeds 101 kindly consult as there may be a need for a short course of antibiotics for prompt relief
Your symptoms could be due to a viral or bacterial pharyngitis. You can take OTC analgesics and antihistamine for a few days.Do warm water gargling with the salt 3 times a day
✓Your symptoms currently sound more like a viral throat infection with associated headache than a serious neurological problem.
Next Steps
✓Paracetamol 650 mg
2 to 3 times sos
✓Warm salt-water gargles
3-4 times daily.
Health Tips

Based on the information provided, it is suggestive of an acute viral upper respiratory tract infection (viral pharyngitis/common cold) with associated tension-type headache or reactive cervical lymph node inflammation.
Reason-
Headache around the temple and ear region for 3 days
Sore throat since yesterday
Pain on the left side of the neck
Mild to moderate intensity
No mention of high fever, vomiting, visual symptoms, or neurological deficits
Next Steps
At present, based on the history provided, the condition appears more consistent with a self-limiting viral infection rather than a serious neurological disorder. A physical examination of the throat, ears, and neck would help confirm the diagnosis if symptoms continue.
Recommended Treatment-
-Paracetamol 650 mg
1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed for headache or fever
-Warm saline gargles
3–4 times daily
-Adequate hydration
-Warm water, soups, tea

Health Tips
Most viral throat infections improve within 5–7 days, though mild headache and fatigue may persist for up to 1–2 weeks
Temple and ear-area headache with sore throat, left neck pain, and low energy after having cold drinks and iced juice is very consistent with an acute viral pharyngitis or tonsillitis triggered by cold exposure. The neck pain on the left is likely from tender lymph nodes reacting to the throat infection. Paracetamol helps with fever and pain but does not treat the underlying infection, so the headache not resolving fully is expected.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation â if symptoms persist beyond 5-7 days or you develop high fever or difficulty swallowing, a throat examination and possible antibiotic course may be needed.
Thanks for the detailed history
It needs to be evaluated further for a proper diagnosis ..

The headache around the temple/ear region along with sore throat and neck pain may be due to an underlying throat, ear, sinus, or viral infection, but a detailed history is needed before suggesting treatment. Since your symptoms have persisted for 3 days despite medication, I would recommend a proper consultation so that the exact cause can be identified and managed appropriately. You can consult me online for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Most likely you have a throat infection, caused due to iced fruits juice if it is from outside. Hygiene status of outside ice is not trustworthy.

Hi, headache with sore throat and neck discomfort is from a viral cold or strain, especially after cold drinks.
It settles in a few days with rest, warm fluids and paracetamol as needed.
No major worry if no high fever or vision issues.
Feel free to consult for further guidance.
To understand the cause of your headache, we need to discuss your symptoms in detail and perform a physical examination. This will help us identify the type of headache and decide on the most suitable treatment for you.
Mild to moderate headache associated with sore throat for 3 days is usually due to common viral illness. As headache doesn't get relieved with pcm 650 mg, you can take naproxen 500mg once a day and also stay hydrated, avoid chilled drinks. Feel free to connect me on practo directly for further help.

Yes, the tightness, numbness, and tingling you describe in your head, hands, and feet are commonly caused by anxiety and are not permanent; they typically improve with proper anxiety management. These sensations often arise from hyperventilation (which alters blood chemistry and causes tingling), muscle tension from stress, and autonomic nervous system activation that can reduce blood flow to extremities. While frightening, such psychogenic symptoms are usually harmless and signal that your body is reacting to perceived threat rather than indicating neurological damage.
Effective treatment focuses on reducing anxiety itself: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps reframe anxious thoughts, medications like SSRIs can regulate mood, and practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness counteract hyperventilation and tension. Lifestyle adjustments—regular exercise, adequate sleep, limiting caffeine/alcohol, and grounding techniques—also reduce symptom frequency and intensity. Most people notice significant relief as their anxiety decreases, though consistency is key.
If numbness or tightness persists despite improved anxiety, worsens over time, or is accompanied by weakness, vision changes, speech difficulties, or loss of coordination, you should consult a doctor to rule out other medical conditions. A healthcare provider can evaluate whether symptoms remain anxiety-related or require further investigation, ensuring you receive appropriate care.
These symptoms suggest a mild upper respiratory tract infection (viral sore throat/common cold) with associated headache and neck discomfort. Cold drinks or iced beverages may have irritated the throat but are unlikely to be the sole cause. Most viral infections improve within 5–7 days, though some symptoms can persist for up to 10–14 days
Good evening
As per your symptoms itâs looks like a URTI leads Mild irritation over Ear . you can start with antibiotics(Augmentin 625mg twice a day after food),Tab .Paracetamol 650 mg (SOS) .Tab.Levocetrizine at bed time

Next Steps
Mostly it will subside within three days If not Settled and intense Pain we can consult with ENT spl
it could be
1. Viral pharyngitis/tonsillitis: Cold drinks + ice → throat irritated → sore throat + referred pain to ear/temple. Neck pain on left = lymph nodes swelling.
2. Tension headache: Throat pain + poor sleep → neck muscles tight → headache around temples + ear area.
3. Sinusitis: If you also have nose block/runny nose, facial pressure. Cold stuff can trigger it.
Hi!
It is common to have ear ache also when you have a sore throat as the inflammation causes pressure and fluid buildup in middle part of ear. It settles once the inflammation settles.
Next Steps
Take medicines as prescribed and do home remedies such as gargles or steam inhalation.
