In month of April my blood pressure was 160/90,
Since then I have lost weight, started gym now my recent readings are
17 july- 121/75
18 july- 127/84
19 july- 113/87
20 July - 129/92
21 july- 128/90
I don't know why but last two readings are not good
Is this a sign of concern
I have achieved this without any medicine
