While sleeping l think m bite by a rat. Blood came but no rases and swelling should l go to doctor for vaccination??

There is very minimal risk of rabies from rats ..and if it's home rats then risk is even very less. Only with wild rats there is some risk.
But you should take other medications for rat bite.
