Dear patient, "Hi, don’t worry. It’s okay to get a TT injection again—even within a short gap—especially after an animal bite. It’s given to be safe, and it won’t harm her. As for the anti-rabies vaccine: rats are not known to spread rabies, so usually it’s not needed after a rat bite. The wound should be cleaned well, and the antibiotics like ciprofloxacin will help prevent infection. Just keep watching the wound for any signs of swelling or pus, and let me know if anything changes."

No problem in taking TT injection within small amount if time, but it is not necessary to take Inj.TT if you have already taken it in the past 6 months. As for the rabies, Rats are not known to spread Rabies infection so Rabies Vaccination is generally not required for a Rat bite.
