Hello Sir, Your weight loss is commendable. I would like you to know that after such an intense workout feeling hungry is normal. It’s the time to have nutritious meals/ snack as a post workout option and biscuits usually are not a very great option. Post workout you would want to focus on protein, carbohydrates and good amount of fiber and healthy fats.
Next Steps
Try switching the biscuits with a protein bar/ a smoothie (with some nut butter, fruit and milk/ yogurt, protein powder)
Health Tips
A protein carbohydrate combination will be very helpful for your post workout recovery. Add some fibre (fruits /veggies)and some healthy fats(nut butter/ seeds) for better satiety.

Good afternoon sir, Biscuits are not necessarily healthy as they contain a lot of saturated fat due to a large amount of butter used in making biscuits. The amount of saturated fats in a typically- sized biscuits usually composes 30- 50% of the recommended daily value of saturated fat. Some oatmeal, whole wheat, light and digestive biscuits were not quite healthy, most biscuit brands psychologically target health - conscious people with smart labelling. It is not completely inaccurate as most of them are within specified safety limits in terms of sugar or preservatives content.
Health Tips
Eating too many biscuits can lead to consuming excess sugar, fats, and calories, which can have negative effect on your health. It’s important to enjoy treats in moderation and to balance your diet with variety of nutritious foods Roasted makahana, futana, chana, soy nuts, dry fruits and nuts and seeds. Green tea, butter coffee , and also flavoured coffee
