My baby girl is 8 months old and she suddenly has red little Pimples on her cheeks only. Please Help, what to do?

Here the number of pimples and size matters. Also the colour like it's totally red or red in periphery with white dot in centre. All these things matters

if there are no white spots in the centre of the pimple then just wait and watch.

It's harmless. Nothing to do. Keep the area clean and dry. And avoid touching or plucking it. If it increases or there is pus discharge, consult pediatrician
