Recurring fever with sore throat
Hi. I recently got my blood test done. I was having recurring fever with severe sore throat mainly on the right side and little joint pain. My reports says that my REACTIVE PROTIEN IS positive. Am attaching my blood reports. Pls guide. Am very much worried. Am I fine? Pls guide doctors.

Your WBC count is increased ,ESR increased and CRP also increased all together indicate infectious focus in body.(inflammation). Do you have any bony swelling or redness over joint??(osteomyelitis)

C reactive protein is increased when there is any inflammation ongoing in body. Your report says that you have infection. Raised CRP is not indicative of anything serious to worry about. But yes, your infection need to get evaluated and treated properly.
