Recurring Anal fissure
Hi, After my 2nd delivery from c section I got anal fissure 2 months after my baby born. Now it's been 1 and half year and it recurred 4 times. First 2 times I got it with blood but now there is no blood but there is intense and sharp pain while passing stools. Earlier with diet and by using duphalac syrup somehow it got controlled within around 10 days. But this time it's been 3 weeks but still feeling pain while passing. There is skin sag also around anus. I am feeling sometimes pain throughout the day. Some tingling sensation also. I am also using homeopathy medicines(no prescription shared with me) from past 4 months but it got recurred.kindly tell me whether it will get cured permanently without any surgery? I am worrying alot and life is like hell. Kindly help me.

Delivery strain, constipation, hard stools, a low fiber diet, weak pelvic tissues, or stress usually cause an anal fissure after pregnancy. The reason it keeps recurring is that the root cause is not fully corrected. Allopathy often gives temporary relief but may not stop it from coming back, which is why surgery is usually suggested. Homeopathy works by strengthening the tissues, improving healing, relieving pain and burning, and preventing recurrence—without side effects. With my background in Homeopathy and Nutrition, I not only treat the fissure but also guide on diet and lifestyle to ensure long-term recovery. Having experience in treating similar cases, I focus on helping patients avoid surgery and heal naturally
Health Tips
Simple tips 1 Try sitz bath to ease pain 2 Take high fiber food 3 Do breathing exercises to decrease stress 4 Consume VIT C rich foods for faster wound healing

Anal fissure is a painful condition caused by a small tear in the lining of the anus, usually associated with hard stools, constipation, straining, or chronic diarrhea. It leads to sharp pain, burning, and bleeding during stool. Homoeopathy aims to relieve pain, promote healing of the fissure, and correct underlying tendencies such as chronic constipation. ⸻ ⸻

I can completely understand how distressing and painful anal fissures can be, especially when they keep recurring despite diet changes and medications. It is very natural to feel worried and frustrated when the pain interferes with daily life. Please be assured that you are not alone—many patients come with a similar history, and homeopathy offers safe and effective long-term solutions. Anal fissures often recur because the root causes—such as digestive tendencies (constipation, hard stools, acidity, IBS, etc.), post-delivery changes, or associated conditions like piles—are not fully addressed. Pain, skin tags (the sag you mentioned), and tingling sensations are common, and they can be managed without surgery if we treat them constitutionally. In homeopathy, we do not just focus on healing the fissure but also on improving bowel habits, reducing the tendency for recurrence, and promoting complete healing of the anal mucosa. Many patients experience significant relief within weeks, and with a proper individualized prescription, fissures can be cured permanently without surgery. Since you have already been on some unnamed homeopathic medicines, it will help if we review your complete case in detail—including your digestive pattern, stress factors, diet, and associated complaints—so that a suitable constitutional medicine can be selected specifically for you. You are most welcome to book an online or in-clinic consultation with me. Together, we can work towards giving you lasting relief, preventing recurrence, and bringing your health and confidence back. Wishing you strength and healing, Dr. Jyoti Kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy Clinics 🌐 www.healthglobalclinics.com

I understand how frustrating and painful recurrent fissures can be, especially after delivery. The good news is they can heal permanently without surgery if constipation and straining are controlled, but since yours is chronic with skin tag, it needs proper individualized treatment. Homeopathy can help in healing and preventing recurrences, but a detailed consultation is important to choose the right line of care for you. Please don’t lose hope—you can definitely get better.

Anal fissure is a troublesome complaint, but not dangerous, and it can be managed easily with a few homoeopathic medicines. If there is a skin sag, as you mentioned, then there is also a chance of hemorrhoids. Which has to be ruled out as well

Anal fissures are small tears in the lining of the anus, which can cause pain, bleeding, and discomfort. Some common causes and risk factors include: - *Constipation*: Passing hard, dry stools can cause trauma to the anal lining, leading to fissures. - *Diarrhea*: Frequent or prolonged diarrhea can also irritate the anal lining and increase the risk of fissures. - *Straining during bowel movements*: Putting excessive pressure during bowel movements can cause tears in the anal lining - *Certain medical conditions*: Conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or anal infections can increase the risk of anal fissures. If you're experiencing symptoms of an anal fissure, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance Or click on the calling option over my profile on Practo

Hi, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. I completely understand how distressing recurrent anal fissures can be, especially when pain affects your daily life.
Next Steps
I would strongly recommend booking an online consultation so we can: Go through your detailed case history Review your past treatments and current symptoms Prescribe individualized homeopathic medicine with proper potency and dosage Monitor progress closely to avoid recurrences
Health Tips
Keep stools soft by drinking enough water (8–10 glasses/day). Continue a high-fiber diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains). Warm sitz baths twice daily can relax the anal muscles and reduce pain. Avoid prolonged sitting or straining at stools. Maintain regular bowel habits (do not delay the urge to pass stool)
