Recurrent fever. Hrs. need consultation!

10 days back, my husband was having bodyaches , fever (feeling of not by measuring)and tiredness. We met with doctor and gone for tests like cbc, dengue and malaria and all tests was negative, CBC was normal. Doctor has given 3 days of antibiotic treatment (cefaxime and Dolo 650,both twice a day). After completing the 3 days course just 5 days back he was having 103 fever after getting fever we have again gone for malaria and other test as fever was induced along with high shivering then also all tests was negative then I didn't give him any medicine as per doctor recommendation and then 2 days he was good and again from 2 days he is having fever in evening only and after giving one paracetamol it goes within 2 hrs. Need consultation regarding this.
