Detection of the gall bladder stone may have been a accidental finding during routine abdominal scan. In general any gall stone with size 15 mm and less without any associated symptoms could be waited .But the definitive treatment is cholecystectomy. The stone may cause infection frequently. As far as using ursocol 300 mg ,it is supposed to be good dissolving cholesterol stones. But you may to use it for atleast 2 years. Since you have grade 1 fatty liver ,it's important for you to avoid fatty food alcoholic drinks and smoking, Reduce the triglycerides levels, lose weight with daily exercise for 30 minutes a day

Ursocol is NOT the curative treatment of gall bladder stone. Curative treatment is surgical removal. Although incidental gall bladder stone without symptom doesn't need surgery. Wait and watch is the method. If repeated symptom appears, symptomatic treatment followed by surgery is the standard protocol. You may feel comfortable only by Q and A session in open health forums. But as a doctor I will suggest you talk to a surgeon in clinic before taking decision Don't consult online. If any one tells you that ursocol can dissolve Gall bladder stone, he/she is not right. When ursocol is not the treatment for asymptomatic gallbladder stone, it is irrelevant to discuss about dose and duration. If any doctor has suggested you ursocol for any other indication,  the doctor has surely mentioned the dose. Don't take medicine lime ursocol without doctor's prescription.
