Your cholesterol profile suggests elevated LDL levels and a high total cholesterol/HDL ratio, which may increase the risk of cardiovascular issues. 1. Lifestyle changes: Adopt a heart-healthy diet (e.g., more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, while reducing saturated fats and trans fats). Regular physical activity (30-45 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days). Avoid smoking and limit alcohol consumption. 2. Medication: If lifestyle modifications don't suffice or if there are additional risk factors (e.g., family history of heart disease, diabetes, or hypertension), a lipid-lowering medication like a statin may be required. This decision should be made after a thorough evaluation of your overall risk profile. I recommend a detailed consultation to assess your cardiovascular risk and discuss a tailored treatment plan. You can reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two for a comprehensive evaluation and guidance.

The cholesterol values are high , total and LDL.HDL level is good. You should start with a statin preferably rosuastatin 20 mg once a day targeting LDL to bring it lower, along with diet habit changes and lifestyle changes including physical exercises.

To manage cholesterol levels, focus on a heart-healthy diet rich in soluble fiber, lean proteins, and healthy fats, emphasizing foods like oats, barley, nuts, fatty fish, avocados, and olive oil, while limiting dietary cholesterol, saturated fats, and refined carbohydrates.
