Raised ESR and decreased PCV
62/F, h/o nephrotic syndrome(minimal change disease) since 5yrs(took steroids and MFM, not resolved) , breast cancer(treated 3yrs back,MRM,chemo) ,diabetic and hypertensive on aspirin 75mg for mild ischemic stroke. What are the cause of raised ESR and decreased PCV? Is it due to nephrotic syndrome or aspirin use since a month?

Ok I understand your problem. Raised ESR and decreased PCV has multiple reasons but in you case it is anaemia. You had steroids and MMF, chemotherapy in past which is a possible cause of anaemia. It is not related to aspirin You need detailed evaluation
