Radiating lower back pain
I am having lower back pain since one month.it is in right side of lower back and radiating through front side of right thigh to knee and in right pelvic.pain gets worse by sitting. Laying down gives relief.when pain increases it spreads on whole lower back and left thigh too.
I think there is problem with any nerves.
Please tell me what it is and what should i do?should i take rest or do some exercises?
