Sir , can i smoke during my rabies vaccination time period ...actually i'm not smoking during this time period but after 2nd shot of vaccination i smoke 1 to 2 cigarette only. Should it affect ??

Ideally you should avoid smoking not only for rabies vaccines but also for your overall health
To avoid complications in long term like digestion issue , it affects absorption of food , and your lungs also
Reduce the quantity of cigarettes over the period
