This is not a rabies exposure. Rabies spreads through direct saliva contact from an infected animal into a fresh wound or mucosa. A fly acting as a carrier does not transmit rabies. Passing near a dead dog also does not pose risk -No rabies vaccine required -No tests or treatment needed for rabies in this situation
Health Tips
-Avoid overthinking indirect contacts like insects or surroundings -Rabies spreads only by direct bite, scratch or saliva contact from infected animal -If future actual bite/scratch occurs, seek immediate vaccination contact me anytime on practo for further consultation

It is unlikely to get rabies by fly. If any other mode of contact is there let me know that may help in further management.

You cannot get rabies from a fly because the virus is not carried by insects and dies quickly when exposed to the open air.
Next Steps
you do not need treatment like the rabies vaccine, but you should simply wash your face with soap and water for general hygiene.
Health Tips
If the dead dog is in a public area, you can report it for safe removal by local authority
