Pus is blowing from ear of 6 years boy last 1 years. I have also saw the doctor but we have not problem is not resolved and disease is same.

As per your description he has chronic otitis media with perforation in the ear drum.. perforation should be closed by surgery if not resolved by medicine but wait for some more years..
