Hello , there might be various causes for itching in a 6 month old baby like wax or discharge. My advise is not to instill any ear drops without getting the baby’s ear examined by an ENT specialist first.

Hey please dont use any eardrops without consulting an ENT doctor
Please make sure to get a ear examination done
For now u can just use some vaseline or coconut oil just over external ear canal with little finger
