I had external anal fissure. I consulted adoc here and started medicine, sitz bath and anal fissure cream. The size of heamorrhoid reduced. But after 4-5 days pus started coming out. The perianal wound didn't heal properly as pus makes the region wet and itchy. Now the pain has reduced yet the wound not properly healed and thin pus coming out of anus.
