Sitcom Ld - Fissure healing
Hi doctor i am having anal fissure and doctor has prescribed sitcom Ld cream to b applied after bowels. Also taking softovac and velgut probiotic and sitz bath
Its has been 6 weeks have been applying its improved a lot a lot but still not fully. Is it because of being plant based its slow healing
I read that sitcom ld is more for piles and doesn't mention fissures.
Plz confirm if this is effective for fissure ? Should i apply nifedipine or diltizam based ointments?
