Anal Fissure
So I was in doubt about this as i have had minor fissures in past which get cured in about a week by themselves and not so painful but since past week i have been experiencing a different type of pain rather difficulty in passing stool it feels like its gonna tear my sphincter area and so i hold it in as i dont want fissure but also after like when i again go for BM after 2 days its painless and comes out easy but then the next time i try and again it feels like exact same as before and i dont even tear myself during that last successful BM. What is this ??

Recurrent fissures can be due to constipation and straining or passing hard stools. You can refer to the Bristol stool chart to see the, type of stools you are passing.
Next Steps
A stool softener and laxative for 10-15 days will help. Change your diet and avoid junk foods. Plenty of fruits, vegetables and water is advisable.
Health Tips
A topical anal sphincter relaxing agent and anaesthetic agent will help with immediate symptom relief.
