Basically during the pregnancy and if the duration is increasing the naturally the blood parameters will become altered and especially the hemoglobin and immunity power. Nothing to worry consult your  pregnant (obg) specialist  and go through the clinical examination and routine investigations which we do during third trimester including the ultrasound abdomen. Take to get the treatment for the common cold with fever doctor only and do not take whatever the tablet you want.
