Hey there! I understand how difficult it must be for you to deal with how hard it is for your mother to deal with these concerns. I understand that she is trying to handle multiple concerns such as anxiety, stress, inferiority and so on. I also understand that you want to do something to help her. While it is disheartening that she is reluctant to consult a professional, it is also important to understand that while therapy and consulting a therapist is the best step for her to take, it will not prove to help unless she willingly decides to go for therapy. Therapy requires effort, time and understanding and above all that the willingness to work on themselves. However, what you could do is try and discuss simple things she could do everyday to help herself.
Here are some simple things she could try out:
Practising mindfulness and meditation - Even ten minutes of mindfulness a day is said to have amazing effects in reducing stress and anxiety. It makes you more aware of the present moment and helps to keep you in a safe space.
Exercise regularly - Feelings of moodiness and stress can also be tackled with some regular easy exercise. This releases a happy hormone called dopamine, which might help you improve your mood.
Reach out to family and friends- Ask her to spend some time with her family or friends. Venting and unwinding to friends and family always leaves them feeling supported and with a sense of belongingness.
In addition to this, if she is not willing to consult a professional, you can always visit a professional and ask him/her how you might be able to help her deals with her concerns. The psychologist might be able to show you new ways in which you could let your mother know that you are there for her. Only if your motherâs mental health concern is extremely severe, will the psychologist suggest that you visit a psychiatrist to consider medication. In a lot of cases many different types of therapy such as cognitive behavioural therapy and other forms of talk therapy might be enough to help the client manage his/her concerns. There are many options in therapy that can be tried out without medication. Please reach out to a professional and explain your concern in detail so that they might be able to help you out! You donât have to be afraid to reach out. Good things are coming your way!

Hi. Technically if the person herself doesn't express much adjustment difficulties then she can live with the issues mentioned. If the immediate family members donot have any adjustment issues with her then also its okay. You have to see the degree of problem expression. Spend time with her.Be her Psychologist. Accompany her in household work. Engage your father and have some quality family time. Make a family abum.
Have some yearly medical routune checkup .
