Got ankle injury last week doctor adviced to start walking after 35 days feeling very scared each one giving different opinion iam very depressed and anxiety how I will walk normally will I able to and thinking will fall down while walk so and so doubts these are the things keep on running under mind pls help me to come out of this no one saying anything about positivily feeling worst
