Eat 100 GM of greengram sprouts ,with soaked 10 GM methi seeds.or Drink s glass of milk200 ml.or Eat two egg 'swhite.or Eat a handful of groundnuts.or Eat a handful of almonds,walnuts, witch hastelnuts pistachio mixed.or a glass 200 mlof kanji / porridge made of millets/ wheat/ samolina or A bowl  200 GM of  vegetable upma.or Two rotis,three dosa,five idlis.or 200 GM ragi ball with veg.sambar.
