In Ayurveda, **prostate enlargement** is often compared to **âAshthilaâ** under Mutraghata (urinary disorders). Since the prostate size is 30 cc (just mildly enlarged), and symptoms are minimal (only nocturiaânight-time urination), itâs a good stage to **prevent further enlargement and manage naturally** through diet, lifestyle, and herbs.
