My girl baby is 3 months 15days her weight is 5.6 kg. Her birth weight is 2.7kg. is this proper weight gain? She is on both bm&fm. Past 4 days she is passing motion while feeding itself (both fm&bm). Is this normal? Will it affect her weight gain?? Kindly advise

Yes! Your baby's weight gain is adequate. Try to keep her on breastmilk as much as possible. Passing motion while feeding is also quite normal especially in children less than a year. It's called gastrocolic reflex and don't worry it doesn't affect your baby's weight.
