Weight gain till now is very good. Small drop can be due to weighing difference, not actual loss. Recheck weight after few days on same machine. If baby is feeding well and active, no need to worry.

The birth weight of the baby is 3.2 kg and weight double by 5 months therefor baby weight at 5 months should be around 6 kg.
Hence your baby’s weight is fine no need to worry
Next Steps
Only exclusive breast feeding should be done nothing else
Usually birth weight doubles at 5months of age so your kid birth weight was 3.2kg and at 5months of age you should expect a weight of 6.4kg
Now baby age is 3months and current weight is 5.6kg
So its already good weight oy
Nothing to worry
Your doing great till now
