Weight gain is slightly on lower side but still acceptable. No need to start top feed now. Continue proper breastfeeding and recheck weight after 2 weeks.
Generally 20-30 gm/day weight increase is there but upto 15 gm/day is also good.
That is fine.Continue breastfeeding on demand only.Formula feeds easy to give but future immunity issues are there .Avoid it as weight gain is good. And follow your Pediatrician opinion on regular basis.He/She will guide you better as they seen Baby since birth
