Prolong periods after child birth
From 2 years since my first c section delivery my periods become prolonged 1 day spotting 2th day light 3th 4th heavy then spotting till 12-15 days , I am stressed out about it , i have small intramurial fibroid (2.5cm) which was bigger during pregnancy, My TSH is 0.7. how can i cure it . i took progesterone pill but it again follow the same pattern

Get an ultrasound done,serum prolactin levels done. If spotting is prolonged till 12-15 days then medicines needs to be started
