About c section
I had my c section on 18 March and I don't have any clear information about c section recovery , internet and people give different opinions. Please clarify me week wise c section recovery and in how many days internal stitches get recovered , when can I lift weights. Thanks!!

A time period of 6 wks from day of caesarean is for full recovery.You can lift weights at least 3 mths after else you can do light exercises after 6wks

See c section is entirely different from normal vaginal delivery U have taken rest and good protein diet Don't lift heavy weight for 3 months and even follow abstinence for 3 months... Continue breastfeeding
