Problem in breathing

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi Doctor Recently I have gone through Iron Transfusion.I'm feeling shortness of breathing Does it somewhere related to my recent transfusion? Also the recent injection was injected in different place/veins than the prior one. But I'm still feeling pain in the prior place . I'm afraid is it causing blood clotting? Few additional details which may be helpful 1) BP 100/60 2) Oxygen level : 99 Thanks Pooja
