Hi, Nuts and dried fruits are a rich source of vitamins and minerals. However they need to be soaked overnight and consumed so that the heat is taken away by water. About 6-7 Almonds, 1 walnut, Dates-2-3, dried fid 1/day can be taken. Do not skip meals. Have small frequent meals every 2-3 hours. Include deep coloured fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink 2 small glasses of milk, a cup of curd a day to take good care of your health during pregnancy.
