Basic ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus. And blood AMH level. You should consult to gynaecologist.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact condition of ovaries.Also get done all hormones needed for fertility.Husband semen analysis is also should be normal.After that start treatment under supervision of gynaecologist.

Up to 80 % of women conceive within one year of regular intercourse and another 12 % conceive in the second year. You can continue trying as 3 months is a short span. if hope not no conception in a year thats when I would recommend you see a doctor provided there are no problems with your periods. I hope you are on Folic acid. Good luck!!
