I have been trying for a baby for which I had intercourse during the fertility window suggested by my doc.now I have clear watery discharge with mild cramps.and when I feel to pee the cramps are similar to menstrual cramps n I feel heavy in my uterus.why is this happening.pls help.i m eagerly waiting to get pregnant
