When u take ipill in first half of cycle your periods will come earlier than expected. Which is why u got ur periods on 14 Feb. Since u had sex in the first 3 days of cycle very unlikely that u will have pregnancy. Just visit me or a doctor nearby you who will give you medicines to Induce periods

Delay can be due to side effects of pill. As your pregnancy test is negative either wait for period or take medicine to get period.
