The symptoms you describe are most likely side effects of the i-pill (emergency contraception), not pregnancy or a serious illness.
After taking an i-pill, it is common to have lower abdominal pain, spotting or light bleeding, and cycle disturbance. This bleeding is called withdrawal bleeding and does not indicate pregnancy.
What to do next:
Wait for the next expected period (may be early or delayed)
If the period is delayed by more than 7 days, do a urine pregnancy test for confirmation
When to see a doctor urgently:
If pain becomes severe
If bleeding becomes heavy or prolonged
If there is fever or fainting
For now, this looks normal after i-pill use and usually settles on its own.
