Infection has to be drained out. Some antibiotics are contraindicated in first trimeste due to development of the fetus. Ur in 22nd week Pls consult ur gynaecologist for a clinical setting in case u can get urself administered narrow spectrum antibiotic as it’s safe and if the hospital does provide emergency dental treatment then it’s fine. U can check the tooth and get an access opening done ( root canal therapy)

Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Do not apply heat or pressure on the swelling. Keep the oral cavity clean and continue warm salt water rinses - 3 or 4 times a day. Sleep on the opposite side of the swelling. Complete the antibiotics dosage given by the gynaec.
If the swelling increases or does not decrease even after 2 days please go to a clinic.
Many dental clinics are open in every city, just find out through Google or visit a hospital. Most hospitals have dental departments where they can take up any emergency treatment.
