Hello ,
Yes ! Acetaminophen / Paracetamol is safe in Pragnancy .
Visit to your nearest dentist to rule out pain followed by clinical procedure , aviod xray .
Sever pain indicates infection in tooth .
Your dentist will start root canal treatment followed by apex locator to avoid x- ray.
Paracetamol is safe but go for 500 mg.
This will not solve your issue, just go to dentist do the access opening ( first step in Root Canal Treatment) and drain the pus if any . Then remaining procedure you can continue in second trimester ( from 4 to 7 months). X ray is not mandatory, they can use apex locators.
Avoid hot water gargle .
Hope this helps you

Hi,
Paracetamol is considered as a safe drug for pregnancy. However I advise you to avoid self medication and consult a dentist and your gynaecologist in that order. It may be possible to have a solution without the xray
It is safe . However it’s best to consult your gynaecologist before starting any medicines .
Also do visit a dentist, they may be able to diagnose your problem and offer a solution without Xrays
