It is absolutely safe, but I would advice you to visit you gynaecologist. But nothing to worry about.

Ma'am Dologel CT is contraindicated during pregnancy. But since you just swallowed it accidentally so the quantity which has gone inside is very less so it might not have caused any serious problem. But from next time please be very careful in taking medicines , without consulting with your gynaecologist don't take any medicine .
Next Steps
Please visit or consult with your treating gynaecologist on phone about this that you have accidentally swallowed Dologel CT is it a point of concern or not.

Hi , As its just applied once so no need to worry about and accidently swallowed so its very minor quantity goes into body. So no need to worry. Just inform your gynaecologist in your next check up visit. Dont take any medicine without consulting doctor. Thank you, Dr Kunal Shah Anjana Multispeciality Dental Clinic Nashik
