Consult with a dentist
Online now
Consult a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. If everything is fine through your pregnancy journey then dental treatments in case of urgency can be performed in 2nd trimester; better than consuming prolonged medications on your own.
Next Steps
Visit and consult your OB gynaecologist first for clearance and then visit your dentist for proper management

At 4 months dental treatment is safe and preferred rather than repeatedly taking painkillers. Dolo650 is drug of  choice in pregnancy.. - If it is not relieving pain, do not increase dose on your own.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist immediately persistent toothache usually indicates irreversible pulpitis , abscess ,or infection which cannot be cured by medicines alone.
Health Tips
.Don't ignore tooth pain .paracetamol only for pain .maintain good oral hygiene .warm saline mouth rinse .sleep with head slightly elevated to reduce throbbing. .always inform dentist about pregnancy. .carry physician consent if advised.
