You are doing extremely well — maintaining pre-diabetes for 4 years without it progressing to full diabetes is a real achievement, and your choice of jowar, ragi, and methi shows great awareness. The one area that likely needs adjustment is the afternoon rice, as white rice has a high glycemic index and causes blood sugar spikes even in small amounts — replacing it with a smaller portion of coarsely milled rice or adding more vegetables can make a meaningful difference. However, the most powerful tool to lower HbA1c into the normal range is regular exercise — 30 to 45 minutes of brisk walking daily significantly improves the body's sensitivity to insulin.
Next Steps
Add 30 to 45 minutes of brisk walking to your daily routine if not already doing so — this alone can noticeably reduce your HbA1c over 3 months. Reduce rice portion at lunch and replace with extra vegetables. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Continue same diet. Start regular brisk walking or any other exercise. Avoid fatty,  sugary , food. Repeat hba1c after a month. If still high, metformin tablet can be started in low dose.
