There are multiple factors that can cause dizziness after meals. It can be low b.p.due to sudden fall , as blood rushes to alimentary system for digestion,  sudden rise, then fall of sugar, dehydration,  standing for long time, etc. Better share a detailed of your symptoms or consult a physician physically for clinical examination . You do not have diabetes currently.

Your HbA1c of 5.1 is with in normal limits and does not suggest diabetes 👍 Dizziness after eating and hair fall can happen due to several other causes like vitamin deficiencies, BP fluctuations, stress, thyroid or lifestyle factors. A proper evaluation would help identify the exact reason. You can book a consultation, I’ll guide you step by step 😊

While your HbA1c is normal, which rules out chronic diabetes, experiencing increased dizziness after eating is often linked to a condition called Postprandial Hypotension. This happens when blood rushes to your digestive tract to process food, causing a temporary drop in blood pressure elsewhere in the body. Furthermore, since your dizziness and hair fall started simultaneously, it strongly suggests a systemic issue—most likely Iron Deficiency Anemia or a severe Vitamin B12 deficiency. These deficiencies affect oxygen delivery to the brain (causing dizziness) and the health of hair follicles (causing hair fall)."
Next Steps
Manage Post-Meal Dizziness: "Try eating smaller, more frequent meals rather than three large ones. Avoid standing up too quickly immediately after eating, and stay well-hydrated throughout the day." Hair Care: "Avoid using harsh chemical treatments or heating tools while we investigate the internal cause of the hair fall. Treat the scalp gently." Absorption Tip: "If you start iron or vitamin supplements, do not take them with tea or coffee, as caffeine can inhibit the absorption of these nutrients." Caution: "If your dizziness is ever accompanied by sudden fainting, chest pain, or blurred vision, please seek immediate medical evaluation at an emergency facility."
Health Tips
To review your blood reports and create a combined plan for your dizziness and hair health, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."

Your HbA1c is 5.2%, which is normal and does not indicate diabetes. Dizziness after meals may occur due to low blood pressure after eating, sudden sugar fluctuations, dehydration, stress, or vitamin deficiencies. Hair fall can be related to iron deficiency, thyroid problems, low vitamin B12 or vitamin D, poor nutrition, or stress. It also depends on your BMI and Metabooic conditions of your body, for that consult a MD Medicine doctor for proper clinical history.
Next Steps
Drink enough water, avoid skipping meals, and take small balanced meals with protein. Please get tests done: CBC, ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and TSH. Seek medical attention if dizziness becomes severe, fainting occurs, or hair fall is rapidly increasing or associated with scalp problems.
