Any suggestions to reduce my cholesterol with lifestyle changes instead of medication. I have reduced my diabetes from 7.3 to 6.5 through diet without medicine

Hello, hope ur doing well, but to reduce cholesterol u need medication compulsory of u have diabetes and hypertension that will be more beneficial to you, and also reduce meat consumption, increase veg diet and also exercise everyday 30mins + walk 30 mins you will surely see improvement, good luck, have a great day
