Blood pressure 140/90
My brother aged 37 having bp 140/90 and 130/85 continuously. Doctor suggests medicine TELMIDUCE  AM for 5 days and suggesed  walking afterwards. Suggest us can he need to use medicine for lifelong? He did not take medication, is it ok to to take telmiduce AM?
